In this newly assumed position, Jessyca will drive talent development, people-centric culture, and operational excellence within HR as Frontline Insurance expands its presence and services across the Southeast United States.
Prior to her appointment at Frontline Insurance, Jessyca Siracuse served as President of LogicHR Advisors, providing strategic HR consulting and leadership support to organizations. In parallel, she was Director of Talent Acquisition at Interim HealthCare Inc., where she led national-level hiring efforts and built scalable recruitment practices across a broad healthcare network.
Earlier, Jessyca held the role of Director of Recruitment at Bierman Autism Centers, where she managed the development and performance of a high-impact remote recruiting team, leading efforts across seven U.S. states. Her leadership resulted in a 75% increase in application volume through digital sourcing and SEO-based visibility initiatives.
Her previous tenure includes serving as Senior Recruiter at Geisinger, where she successfully managed a high-volume requisition load across nine hospitals, creating continuous candidate pipelines while building strong partnerships with hiring managers.
Jessyca also held a decade-long career with BAYADA Home Health Care, where she advanced from Recruiter to Director of Pennsylvania Habilitation, overseeing operations, compliance, and HR for 200+ field employees and 175+ clients. She was instrumental in growing practice revenues above $8 million annually and expanding across 16 counties. Earlier in her career, she worked with Community Counseling Services in a therapeutic staff support role.
