Doha, Qatar, September 2024 – Mohamad Kheir has been appointed as the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at UCC Holding, bringing with him extensive expertise in HR leadership and workforce transformation. In this new role, Mohamad will lead UCC Holding’s HR initiatives, including talent management, employee relations, and organizational development, ensuring the company continues to foster a high-performance culture.
Mohamad most recently served as Associate Director in PwC’s People and Organization division, where he spearheaded HR strategies and workforce transformation projects within the public and government sectors. His focus on aligning HR initiatives with organizational goals, alongside managing change and talent development, has made a significant impact on public sector HR practices.
Before joining PwC, Mohamad held the role of Group Human Resources Director at Power International Holding, where he led a team of 73 HR professionals, overseeing regional HR functions such as employee relations, payroll, and talent management. His leadership was instrumental in revamping HR operations and driving digital transformation through SAP SuccessFactors and Qualtrics XM implementations.
Earlier in his career, Mohamad was the Human Resources Director at Baladna Food Industries, where he played a crucial role in preparing the company for IPO. He optimized HR functions, implemented strategic recruitment initiatives, and significantly improved employee retention and satisfaction.
