Vadodara, Gujarat, India, November 2025 — Jigar Mehta has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at R R Kabel Limited, one of India’s leading wire and cable manufacturing companies. In his new role, Jigar will oversee the company’s financial strategy, governance, and capital management as it continues its expansion across domestic and international markets.
Jigar brings over two decades of experience in finance, audit, and business advisory, spanning leadership roles across the corporate and consulting sectors. He has been associated with R R Kabel Limited for more than two years, having previously served as Vice President, where he contributed to strengthening financial systems, driving compliance excellence, and aligning financial operations with the company’s long-term strategic objectives.
Before joining R R Kabel, Jigar had an extensive 18-year tenure with BSR & Co. LLP (KPMG), where he rose to the position of Director. During his time there, he led audits and advisory assignments for clients across multiple industries, including manufacturing, engineering, and infrastructure, earning recognition for his expertise in corporate finance, governance, and risk management.
Earlier in his career, he worked with A.F. Ferguson, one of India’s oldest professional services firms, where he gained foundational experience in accounting, auditing, and financial controls. His vast experience across global accounting practices and deep understanding of regulatory frameworks equip him to drive R R Kabel’s financial transformation in an evolving market landscape.
