Gurugram, Haryana, India, November 2025 – TaskUs, a leading global provider of next-generation digital outsourcing and customer experience solutions, has announced the appointment of Jigyasa Chadha as Head of Talent Acquisition for India Operations. With nearly two decades of rich experience in talent acquisition, leadership hiring, and workforce strategy, Jigyasa brings deep expertise in building scalable recruitment ecosystems for high-growth global organizations.
In her new role, she will oversee end-to-end hiring strategy, capability excellence, and leadership recruitment across TaskUs India, strengthening the company’s talent engine as it continues to expand its global footprint in digital transformation and AI services.
Before joining TaskUs, Jigyasa Chadha served as Vice President – Talent Acquisition at Teleperformance, where she led large-scale recruitment strategies across multiple delivery centers in India. Over her three-year tenure, she successfully aligned hiring processes with evolving business demands, embedding agility, inclusion, and data-driven decision-making into the company’s talent operations.
Previously, Jigyasa worked with Amazon India as Senior Manager, Recruitment, where she spearheaded PAN-India hiring initiatives, driving high-volume recruitment while championing Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) programs to enhance workplace representation and fairness across the organization.
Earlier in her career, she held multiple leadership roles at Teleperformance, progressing from Senior Manager to Senior Director of Talent Acquisition. Over six years, she managed large-scale talent operations across India, including hubs in Bengaluru, Hyderabad, and Chennai, while leading hiring for Tier-2 cities and supporting international client portfolios.
Prior to her tenure at Teleperformance, Jigyasa spent over four years with American Express, where she led talent acquisition for GBS, Finance, Corporate Travel, and Cards divisions across Gurgaon and Mumbai. She also held key positions at IGT Solutions and Vertex Data Science, focusing on volume hiring and operational excellence. Her early professional journey began at WNS Global Services, where she gained foundational experience in travel and aviation operations before transitioning into HR.
