Surat, Gujarat, India, October 2025 – Rajhans Group of Industries, one of India’s leading diversified business conglomerates, has appointed Jina Kuttath as Group Head – HR & Admin. In her new role, Jina will oversee human resources strategy, organizational development, and administrative operations across the Group’s multi-sector businesses — including Realty & Infrastructure, Entertainment-Cinemas, Textile, Confectionery, Hospitality, Logistics, Aviation, and E-commerce. Her appointment reinforces Rajhans Group’s vision to build a unified people-first culture supporting its rapid growth and diversification across industries.
Before joining Rajhans Group, Jina Kuttath served as Chief Human Resources Officer at RBM Infracon Ltd., an NSE-listed EPC Oil & Gas firm with a workforce exceeding 2,500 employees. At RBM Infracon, she played a pivotal role in establishing the HR and governance framework, partnering directly with the CEO and Board of Directors to shape enterprise transformation and leadership succession. Her efforts in digitalizing HR systems and strengthening labor relations across multi-site operations contributed to improved compliance and operational excellence.
Prior to that, she worked with Hyundai Engineering Co. Ltd. as Manager – HR Strategy & Operations, where she drove HR digital transformation initiatives and implemented advanced systems such as Keka HRMS to enhance workforce efficiency. Her leadership in organizational design and governance alignment ensured agility within Hyundai’s India Global Engineering Center.
Earlier, at Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, Jina led as Lead – HR Business Transformation, aligning HR strategy with business goals and deploying SuccessFactors to enhance engagement and recruitment processes. She was instrumental in designing compensation frameworks and elevating governance standards across a large-scale, global workforce.
Before returning to India, Jina built an impressive career in the Middle East with organizations like Alpha Data and Finesse Global, where she served as Head HR – Dubai Region and HR Business Partner & Consultant respectively. In these roles, she successfully managed HR operations across multiple business lines, implemented leadership assessment programs, and strengthened HR frameworks for several CXO-level clients across IT and financial sectors. She began her professional journey at Muthoottu Mini Financiers Ltd., where she was instrumental in nationwide workforce expansion, hiring over 4,500 employees during a period of high growth.
