Toronto, Ontario, Canada, July 2026 — RAVL has welcomed Jitendra Kulkarni as its President & Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). Bringing more than 30 years of leadership experience across financial services, consulting, and technology, Jitendra will lead the company’s global revenue strategy, client partnerships, and business growth initiatives. His appointment marks a significant milestone as RAVL continues to expand its capabilities in delivering technology solutions that create meaningful business outcomes for financial institutions.
Prior to joining RAVL, Jitendra spent more than 10 years with CGI, where he held a series of senior executive leadership positions. Most recently, he served as Senior Vice President & Business Unit Leader – Toronto Financial Services, overseeing one of CGI’s key financial services businesses. Earlier, he was Senior Vice President & Business Unit Leader – Banking & Capital Markets, Senior Vice President – Consulting Services, Sector Vice President – Consulting Services, and Vice President – Consulting Services, where he led emerging technologies, enterprise agile transformation, DevOps initiatives, and strategic consulting engagements for leading banking and financial services clients.
Before CGI, Jitendra spent over 13 years with Tech Mahindra as Vice President – Banking, Financial Services & Insurance (BFSI), leading the company’s Canadian banking business through a period of significant expansion. He managed a US$100 million financial services portfolio, built strong executive relationships with leading Canadian banks, and developed strategic partnerships across compliance, capital markets, cloud solutions, DevOps, and business process management. His leadership was instrumental in driving sustained business growth and successfully navigating complex industry challenges.
Jitendra began his professional journey with L&T Information Technology Ltd., where he spent more than eight years leading delivery, solution architecture, offshore transformation, and business development for Fortune 500 clients across North America, Europe, and Asia. Earlier, he worked as a Software Engineer at Sakal Papers Ltd., contributing to the development of Indian-language computing platforms and enterprise technology solutions. Throughout his career, he has consistently built high-performing teams, fostered trusted client relationships, and delivered technology-led business transformation across global financial services organizations.
