Raleigh-Durham, North Carolina, United States, January 2026 — JoAnn Chamberlin has been elevated to the role of Vice President of People and Culture at Lulu Press, Inc.. In this expanded leadership position, she is responsible for shaping and executing the organisation’s global people and culture strategy, aligning human resources practices with business objectives, values, and long-term growth priorities.
JoAnn has been part of Lulu Press, Inc. since March 2023, most recently serving as Senior Director of People and Culture, where she led the strategic vision for Human Resources across recruiting, onboarding, payroll, benefits, performance management, compliance, employee relations, and organisational design. During this period, she worked closely with executive leadership to strengthen employee experience, drive DEI&B initiatives, support hybrid and remote workforce models, oversee compensation and benefits strategy, and guide the organisation through B Corp certification and other enterprise-wide initiatives. She also partnered extensively with Finance, IT, and Technology leaders to ensure operational excellence, compliance, and people analytics maturity.
Prior to joining Lulu, JoAnn served as Head of People and Human Resources at The Link Group, where she refined core HR processes, spearheaded diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, and led the implementation of ATS and HRIS systems to improve efficiency and scalability across the organisation.
Earlier, she held the role of Human Resources Director at Centerline Digital, leading HR and operations for a rapidly growing digital marketing organisation. Her responsibilities spanned employee engagement, retention, payroll, benefits, compliance, DEI initiatives, recruitment, learning and development, and company-wide people programmes, working closely with senior leadership to deliver people strategies aligned with business growth.
JoAnn’s career also includes senior HR and operations leadership roles at TriMark Digital and Seismic, where she built strong foundations in HR operations, finance collaboration, payroll administration, and employee lifecycle management. Earlier in her career, she was President and CEO of Modern Pop Creative Consulting & Staffing, and held recruiting and operations roles with TinkBird Healthcare Staffing and Sherpa, giving her broad exposure to talent, staffing, and workforce solutions across industries.
With more than two decades of experience across people strategy, HR operations, finance collaboration, and organisational culture, JoAnn brings a well-rounded, execution-focused leadership approach to her new role as Vice President of People and Culture at Lulu Press, Inc.
