Milan, Lombardie, Italie, January 2025 – Jocelyn Charlot has taken on the role of Global Head of HR, Supply Chain at Campari Group. In this position, Jocelyn will oversee HR strategies and initiatives across Campari’s global supply chain operations, ensuring alignment with the company’s growth and innovation goals. Jocelyn’s appointment underscores Campari Group’s commitment to fostering a people-first culture within its dynamic and diverse operations.
Jocelyn Charlot joins Campari Group after an illustrious tenure at Sanofi, where he held multiple strategic HR roles over nearly a decade. Most recently, he served as VP, Global Head of HR for Sanofi General Medicines, Manufacturing & Supply, overseeing HR for 32 production sites across 23 countries, with a workforce of 14,000 employees. Prior to this, he led Sanofi’s digital transformation as Global Head of HR, Sanofi Digital and served as Chief of Staff to the CHRO, managing critical HR projects and organizational strategy. His earlier role as Regional HR Head, Manufacturing & Supply, Africa Eurasia & Middle East, saw him overseeing HR for 12 industrial sites across 11 countries.

Before joining Sanofi, Jocelyn was Compensation Head for Europe and Regional HRBP for a GBU at Tech Data, where he managed compensation and benefits across 17 countries and provided strategic HR support to business units. Earlier in his career, he served as Compensation, HR Analytics, and HR Projects Manager at Thales, where he managed HR projects for 8,000 global employees.
Jocelyn’s career began at Aspheria as an HR Generalist and HRBP for France, followed by an apprenticeship at Nissan Europe SAS, where he gained foundational HR experience.
