Morrisville, North Carolina, United States, June 2025 – Valeris has named Jodi Dickinson as its new Chief People Officer, where she will lead the company’s global human resources strategy and champion its people-first philosophy as Valeris continues to grow as a leading integrated life sciences commercialization partner.
In her most recent role, Jodi served as Chief Human Resource Officer at Frontline Education, where she led the company’s transition from private equity-backed to public SaaS status. She was responsible for driving all aspects of global HR strategy and execution, partnering with the CEO and executive leadership to build proactive, tech-enabled HR solutions, including leveraging AI to deliver operational excellence, growth, and talent performance. Jodi’s leadership resulted in recognition as a Best Place to Work and a documented 50% reduction in employee turnover.
Before Frontline Education, Jodi was Global Chief Human Resources Officer at Certara, where she supported the organization’s IPO journey and helped lead its global SaaS and consulting HR strategy, building compensation and engagement frameworks aligned with the demands of a newly public company. She also guided the company through critical phases of global expansion and change.
Earlier, Jodi spent six years as Senior Vice President of Human Resources (CHRO) at Nobel Learning Communities, a network of private schools operating across 19 states. She led the people strategy for over 7,000 employees and partnered with executive leadership through multiple business transformations, a strategic sale, and significant culture consolidation. Jodi has also held global HR leadership roles at organizations such as Aramark, Laureate Education, Arkema, Campbell Soup Company, and Siemens, consistently designing innovative people solutions to drive engagement and business results.
Throughout her career, Jodi has excelled in building high-performance cultures in complex, multi-site, and fast-growth environments, with a track record spanning M&A, IPOs, employee engagement, digital HR transformation, and organizational development.
