London, England, United Kingdom, April 2025 – Rapha, the iconic British cycling brand, has announced the appointment of Jodie Harrison as its new Chief Brand Officer. In this newly formalized role, Jodie will spearhead the brand’s global creative and marketing strategies, having already worked closely with the company as a brand consultant since January 2025.
Prior to her formal engagement with Rapha, Jodie Harrison was Chief Brand Officer at Belstaff for approximately three years, where she led a comprehensive repositioning of the century-old British outerwear label. Her tenure at Belstaff was marked by bold brand initiatives, innovative campaign execution, and award-winning digital experience design, including a new store concept and a Shopify-powered headless website that earned three W3 Awards.
Before Belstaff, Jodie held the position of Chief Membership & Communications Officer at Soho House & Co, where she successfully maintained low member attrition across 28 locations during the pandemic and launched the new ecommerce platform for Soho Home. She also previously served as Vice President of Content & Creative at Moda Operandi, Inc, leading a team of 25 and driving a strategic digital and offline rebranding of the luxury fashion platform.
Earlier in her career, she held senior editorial and brand roles at companies like Anthropologie, MR PORTER, and Condé Nast’s GQ, where she directed creative content, social media strategies, and cross-platform campaigns that elevated brand visibility and customer engagement. She is also the Founder and Chief Creative at Fell & Scar, a London-based creative studio serving luxury and lifestyle clients across fashion, interiors, and tech.
