Career Journey: Before her recent appointment, Jodie was the Global Talent Acquisition Manager at Acumen, where she played a key role in streamlining recruitment processes and building a strong talent pipeline over the last year. Her contributions ensured Acumen attracted high-caliber professionals aligned with the company’s creative and innovative goals.
Prior to joining Acumen, Jodie worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at EXA Infrastructure, where she was responsible for identifying top candidates in the tech sector. She leveraged her skills in contract recruitment and screening to place talent in highly specialized roles.
Jodie also founded Lewin Consulting, an independent recruitment consultancy that specialized in talent acquisition, business development, and executive search within the tech industry. Through her company, she helped clients build strong recruitment strategies and attract industry-leading talent.
Earlier in her career, Jodie worked with Team Cadence as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, where she managed recruitment for top tech companies like YLD and Comparethemarket.com, focusing on software engineering, data, and cloud talent.
