Before this, he served as Principal at Erevena for approximately four years, contributing significantly to leadership team development across B2B and B2C technology landscapes.
Earlier in his career, Abbott held roles at Salt as an Executive Search Consultant focusing on SaaS talent solutions and at The Up Group as an Associate, where he supported executive search strategies for digital businesses.
