Minnesota, United States, January 2025 – Joe Shilkrot has been promoted to the position of Vice President, People Foundations & Technology at Trimble Inc. In this new role, he will oversee People eXperience Leadership, PX Technology, Global People Operations, Mergers & Acquisitions (People Integrations), People Analytics, and Workplace Solutions. His focus will be on driving innovation in HR technology, compliance, and risk management while enhancing global mobility and talent acquisition operations.
Joe Shilkrot has been with Trimble Inc. for approximately seven years. Prior to his promotion, he served as Senior Director, PX Technology & Solutions, where he led key functions including HR Technology, People Analytics, and Project Management, along with spearheading Workday Data Governance and M&A People Integrations for the organization. Earlier, he was Director of Customer Success (Transportation), where he managed a 53-member team supporting 4,000+ customers across various markets.

Before joining Trimble Inc., Joe worked at UnitedHealth Group for over two years as Executive Sourcing Manager in the Optum Technology division. He was responsible for the development of sourcing strategies to attract high-level IT talent nationwide. Earlier, he spent over two years at Cargill as a Senior Technical Recruiter, focusing on IT recruitment across North America and Europe.
His earlier experiences also include five years at TEKsystems as a Senior Technical Recruiter, specializing in placing applications and infrastructure professionals, and over four years at Verizon in a Recruiter role.
