London & Mumbai, March 2025 – Joey Uppal has been promoted to Vice President, Global Faculty Network at Emeritus. In her new role, he will continue to lead faculty recruitment efforts, sourcing and engaging thought leaders and speakers from across the world for leadership development programs. Her expertise in faculty network expansion, executive education, and talent acquisition will play a key role in enhancing the global reach of Emeritus’ programs.
Uppal has been with Emeritus for nearly six years, previously serving as Director, Global Faculty Network. In this position, she played a pivotal role in curating a network of world-class educators, designing speaker engagement strategies, and ensuring top-tier learning experiences for professionals across diverse industries.
Before joining Emeritus, she spent over nine years at Duke Corporate Education, where she held multiple leadership roles, including Director, Network Development and Manager, Global Educator Network. During her tenure, she was responsible for expanding Duke CE’s global educator network, developing strategic faculty partnerships, and enhancing program delivery for executives worldwide.
Earlier in her career, Uppal worked as Programme Manager at Warwick Business School and London Business School, where she contributed to program coordination and learning experience design. Her academic background includes a Master’s Degree in Organizational Behavior from Birkbeck, University of London and a Postgraduate Diploma in Applied Management from Warwick Business School, equipping her with deep expertise in leadership, education management, and faculty engagement.
