New York, United States, December 2024 – Jon Henson has joined Doing Things as Vice President, Talent & Business Development. In this role, Henson will drive talent acquisition strategies, develop business opportunities, and enhance brand partnerships across the company’s expansive portfolio of creator brands.
Prior to joining Doing Things, Jon Henson spent four years at Underscore Talent Management. He most recently served as Talent Manager, where he excelled in negotiation, consulting, and talent management. Earlier, as Director of Talent & Brand Partnerships, Henson managed high-profile collaborations, and as Coordinator of Digital Talent Management & Brand Partnerships, he gained expertise in brand alignment and digital strategy.
Before Underscore Talent Management, Henson worked at APA Agency, where he held roles as Assistant, Celebrity & Influencer Brand Partnerships and Agent Trainee, focusing on talent management and partnership development in the entertainment sector.
Henson’s earlier career includes a position as Agent Intern at Universal Attractions Agency and a role at Upfront, Inc., where he served as Promoter Representative/Production Assistant for concerts and events. His early experiences laid the foundation for his expertise in talent management and event production.
