Milwaukee, Wisconsin, USA, May 2024 – Cha Lor is thrilled to announce that he has started a new position as Director, HR at Regal Rexnord. In this new role, Cha will be responsible for leading the HR strategy and operations, focusing on enhancing employee engagement and driving organizational growth.
Prior to joining Regal Rexnord, Cha Lor served at Kimberly-Clark for over three years. His most recent role was as Associate HR Director, Global R&D from August 2022 to May 2024, where he played a pivotal role in shaping the HR landscape for the company’s research and development division. Before that, he was the Senior Global HR Business Partner from January 2021 to August 2022, contributing significantly to global HR initiatives and business strategies.
Earlier, Cha worked as a Senior HR Business Partner at Thrivent Financial in Appleton, WI. Here, he led various HR projects and initiatives, supporting the company’s mission and enhancing employee relations.
Cha’s journey also includes significant roles at Eaton. He was the HR Services Leader in Beachwood, Ohio, from September 2016 to September 2017, and before that, he served as the HR Manager in Waukesha, WI, from April 2015 to September 2016. Additionally, he worked as an HR Specialist at Eaton’s Cooper Power Systems from July 2012 to April 2015, gaining extensive experience in HR operations and employee management.
Earlier in his career, Cha was a Senior Recruiter at Aerotek in Appleton, WI, from May 2010 to March 2012, where he honed his skills in talent acquisition and recruitment.
