Novi Sad, Vojvodina, Serbia, May 2024 – Jonathan Harding has been appointed as the Deputy Director Human Resources at Univerexport DOO. Reporting to the HR Director, Jonathan will be responsible for developing human resources procedures and processes, improving business process efficiency, and overseeing organization design and development.
Jonathan’s most recent role was as Project Manager – Business Development at 5X Solutions, a showcase project of Company 5H Services. Over the past six months, he has been dedicated to the organization development of small businesses and sustainable work experiences.
Before that, he served as the Founder/Chief Executive Officer of 5H Services for one year and four months. In this role, Jonathan focused on enabling people and organizations to adapt to advanced HR tools, concepts, and analytics, supporting HR professionals to excel in HR services.
Jonathan also held the position of HR Operations Manager Serbia at Continental for one year. He was responsible for SAP personal administration, payroll, time management, HR technology, data quality management, and digitalization, among other tasks.
Earlier Roles:
Jonathan’s earlier roles include working as the Head of HR Services at Lidl Srbija KD for one year and one month, where he redesigned the HR planning process and introduced new HR tools and audit controls. He also served as Compensation, Benefits, and Organization Design Manager at Ahold Delhaize for one year and eight months, focusing on salary management, benefits, and organizational design.
Before Ahold Delhaize, Jonathan was the HR Ops Manager West Balkans at PepsiCo for six months, managing HR operations, payroll, budgeting, and HRIS management for Serbia and Bosnia. Additionally, he served as a Senior Compensation and Benefits Specialist at UniCredit Bank Serbia for two years and nine months, introducing salary dashboards and various HR tools.
