New York, United States, August 2025 – Jordan Cohen has been appointed as Chief People Officer at Ankura, where he will lead the company’s People strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals while fostering a culture of excellence, growth, and inclusion. In this role, he will oversee talent management, employee engagement, and organizational development to drive performance and growth, partnering closely with senior leadership to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
Before joining Ankura, Cohen served as Chief People Officer at Lumanity for over three years, guiding global people operations and aligning HR strategies with the company’s mission to advance life sciences through innovative solutions. His leadership helped strengthen organizational culture and build talent programs that supported business growth.
Earlier, he was Vice President, Talent Acquisition, Development, and Enablement at MediaMath for nearly two years, where he directed talent acquisition for a 600-employee ad-tech company across the US and UK. He oversaw onboarding strategies, created learning curriculums, and implemented talent practices designed to integrate and upskill top talent. During this time, he also led the design and execution of commercial enablement frameworks.
Cohen also worked as Advisor to the CEO and Board Chair at LifeLabs Learning for two years, providing strategic guidance and subject matter expertise during the organization’s growth journey. In addition, as Independent Advisor at Jordan Cohen & Associates LLC, he delivered transformation, organizational effectiveness, talent development, and culture solutions to multiple C-suite clients, including global non-profits and tech firms.
Earlier in his career, he spent over five years with Weight Watchers (now WW), where he held leadership positions including Vice President, People for the US, Science, Health Solutions, and L&D, and Senior Director, Organizational Effectiveness, Talent, and L&D. He directed HR for the company’s largest division with 13,000 employees, contributed to global rebranding initiatives, and led enterprise-wide performance management and leadership development programs. Prior to this, he held senior leadership roles at PA Consulting and Pfizer, where he spearheaded productivity, organizational effectiveness, and talent strategies on a global scale.
