Denver, Colorado, United States, February 2026 – Jordan Edwards has started a new position as Director of Human Resources and Chief of Staff at Power Equipment Company – PECO, bringing extensive experience in HR leadership, workforce strategy, and operational excellence across manufacturing, construction services, and entertainment industries.
In this dual-capacity role, Jordan will lead the organization’s human resources function while supporting executive leadership as Chief of Staff, aligning people strategy with business operations across PECO’s multi-state footprint.
Prior to joining PECO, Jordan served as Director of Human Resources at Crane Service Inc, where he led employee relations, collective bargaining, and strategic HR initiatives. Earlier, as Corporate Director of Human Resources at Metalcraft Industries, Inc, he oversaw HR operations across two states and three subsidiaries, driving workforce development, compliance, leadership programming, and successful HR integration during acquisitions.
Previously, at element6 Dynamics, Jordan built the HR department from the ground up, establishing compliance across multiple states and international markets, implementing KPI- and OKR-driven compensation systems, and strengthening executive coaching and workforce performance frameworks. He also founded and led HR at Neon Bridge Films, creating over 300 jobs while optimizing onboarding, benefits, and wellness programs to enhance engagement and operational efficiency.
Earlier in his career, Jordan held HR and operational leadership roles at Disney Theatrical Group and Fox Entertainment, where he managed payroll, contracts, union relationships, safety initiatives, and large-scale workforce coordination for complex production environments.
