London, England, United Kingdom, November 2025 – Philip Kingsley, the globally renowned British hair and scalp health brand, has announced the appointment of Joseph Grigsby as its new Chief Executive Officer. Grigsby joins the company from Virtue Labs, bringing over 25 years of global experience in the beauty and wellness industry, with a proven record of driving innovation, retail excellence, and international expansion for leading names such as Estée Lauder, SEPHORA EU, and L’Oréal.

Before joining Philip Kingsley, Joseph Grigsby served as Vice President and Head of International Sales and Business Development at Virtue Labs, where he led the company’s rapid international expansion across multiple retail channels and global markets. Under his leadership, Virtue achieved double-digit growth and built partnerships with top-tier retailers including Sephora, SpaceNK, John Lewis, Selfridges, and Cult Beauty, strengthening its position in luxury haircare.
Earlier, Grigsby held senior roles at The Estée Lauder Companies, where he was Vice President of Global Marketing & Creative for LAB SERIES Skincare for Men and previously served as Executive Director of Global Marketing for GoodSkin Labs. During his tenure, he drove global innovation, brand development, and creative strategy, contributing significantly to Estée Lauder’s success in men’s skincare.
Prior to that, he served as Responsable Exclusive Brands Europe at SEPHORA (LVMH), overseeing brand and category sourcing across 18 European markets and managing exclusive brand strategies. At L’Oréal, he worked as Group Manager for Lancôme Men’s Skincare and Fragrances, where he led the international launch of Lancôme MEN and Hypnôse Homme.
His early career includes key roles at Wella, Nu Skin Enterprises, and Dow Chemical, giving him a well-rounded perspective on product development, marketing, and commercial operations across the beauty and wellness spectrum. He also led strategic projects at Aramore Skincare and BIBBI Parfum, focusing on global growth and retail innovation.
Joseph Grigsby holds an MBA in International Luxury Brand Management from ESSEC Business School, one of Europe’s leading institutions for global brand leadership. His academic foundation and industry expertise have positioned him as a strategic leader in luxury beauty and wellness.
