Chicago, Illinois, United States, September 2025 – Titan Security Group, a leader in tailored security solutions combining staffing and technology, has appointed Joseph L. as Chief Information & Technology Officer. In this new role, Joseph will spearhead the company’s information systems and technology strategy, ensuring integration of advanced solutions to strengthen Titan’s ability to deliver innovative, secure, and client-focused services.
Joseph transitions to Titan Security Group after nearly a decade with Sterling Bay, where he rose to become Chief Information & Technology Officer. During his tenure, he drove digital transformation initiatives and led technology strategy for the firm’s real estate portfolio. Prior to this, he served as Director of Information Technology, where he oversaw infrastructure upgrades, cybersecurity enhancements, and enterprise-wide systems management.
Earlier at Sterling Bay, Joseph held roles as Information Technology Manager and Building Engineer, contributing to both operational efficiency and IT infrastructure development. Before his tenure at Sterling Bay, he built technology and operations expertise at UGM Surfaces, serving as System Administrator and Vice President of the Oswego location, and at Solis Stone Fabrication, where he was System Administrator and General Manager.
His career began in leadership roles at Granitewerks as Director of Operations/IT Manager, Northern Division, where he was responsible for starting up multiple company locations and introducing proprietary technologies to the stone industry. He also served as Director of Process Improvement at Informist Consulting, focusing on research, development, and technology integration for operational effectiveness.
