Philippines, August 2024 – TOA Global is excited to announce the appointment of JP Ayap as the new Head of People Data and Analytics. In this role, JP will lead the development and implementation of data-driven strategies to enhance the organization’s people operations, supporting the growth and success of TOA Global.
JP Ayap has been with TOA Global for nearly three years, where he has held several key positions, including Head of People Experience Plans and Programs, Head of Learning Experience, and Head of Human Resources.
His extensive experience in human resources and data analytics makes him a perfect fit for this new role. Before joining TOA Global, JP served as HRBP Manager at Concentrix, where he gained valuable expertise in HR operations, employee relations, and labor relations over almost seven years.
