A2Dominion is excited to welcome Jude Cross as the new Director of Specialist Housing, a pivotal appointment aligning with the ongoing implementation of the company’s Corporate Strategy. Jude Cross brings to the role a wealth of experience, with over 24 years dedicated to the housing, care, and support sector. She takes over from Jo Evans, who transitioned to the role of Director of Repairs and Maintenance in January 2024.
In her new position, Jude will oversee the strategic management of approximately 15,000 homes. This portfolio includes a diverse range of accommodations, such as keyworker and student housing, retirement living, temporary accommodations, and supported services aimed at assisting those in vulnerable situations. Her vast experience is set to invigorate A2Dominion’s service delivery, directly benefiting from her expertise in creating supportive environments for various community members.
Before joining A2Dominion, Jude Cross held significant roles across the housing and support sector. Her most recent position was Head of Care and Support at Metropolitan Thames Valley (MTVH), where she led the development of care and support services across the East Midlands, East Anglia, and Yorkshire. Her career also includes impactful positions such as Head of Homelessness and Transitional Services at Peabody, Rough Sleeping Strategic Lead at Cornwall Housing Ltd, and Director of Operations for London and the South East at P3.
Upon her appointment, Jude expressed enthusiasm for her new role, highlighting the excitement surrounding A2Dominion’s strategic direction and her eagerness to collaborate with customers, colleagues, and local partners. She aims to foster an environment of continuous improvement and achieve better outcomes for all stakeholders.
