Dubai, UAE, October 2024 — DAMAC Group has welcomed Juhi Singh as the new Global Talent Partner, where she will spearhead the company’s talent acquisition strategy across its global footprint. In her new role, Juhi will focus on recruiting top-tier talent worldwide, aligning with DAMAC’s vision of continued global expansion. With a background in talent management, leadership hiring, and HR consulting, Juhi’s expertise is set to strengthen DAMAC Group’s talent acquisition efforts.
Prior to joining DAMAC Group, Juhi Singh served as Assistant Vice President, Human Resources at Max Life Insurance Company Limited for approximately two years. There, she led leadership hiring across the country and was instrumental in talent acquisition, digital transformation projects, and compliance for the organization’s HR functions.
Before Max Life, she worked as Chief Manager, Human Resources at Max Life Insurance, where she managed large-scale recruitment projects and developed strategic HR policies for about two and a half years.
Juhi also held the role of Recruitment Delivery Leader at Allegis Global Solutions for American Express for nearly two years, where she focused on recruitment delivery and leadership hiring for various divisions across the company.
Earlier in her career, Juhi was General Manager of Talent Excellence at Teleperformance, where she led HR initiatives for the company’s large workforce, focusing on employee engagement, talent management, and performance improvement.
