Vancouver, Washington, United States, January 2025 – Juli Potts has been promoted to Chief People Officer at Johnson Bixby. In her new role, Juli will be responsible for overseeing the organization’s talent strategy and employee experience, further driving the company’s efforts in building resilient, high-performing teams and fostering a positive workplace culture. She will also join the Executive Leadership Team, contributing to strategic decision-making and leadership development.
Juli Potts has been with Johnson Bixby for approximately three years, most recently serving as Senior Director of Human Resources. In this capacity, she played a critical role in shaping the culture and human resources strategy across the Ripple Companies. Her responsibilities included talent acquisition, employee development, retention strategies, and fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace while ensuring compliance with employment regulations.
Prior to her tenure at Johnson Bixby, Juli served as Director of Human Resources at Leatherman Tool Group for over 17 years. During her time there, she developed and implemented human resources programs, policies, and talent management strategies, while also mentoring and coaching leaders across the organization.
Juli currently holds a board position as Treasurer at SW SHRM: Southwest Washington Society of Human Resource Management, where she actively contributes to the professional HR community. Additionally, she served as Senior Director of Human Resources at Integrated Tax Services (ITS), where she provided leadership in HR strategy and employee relations.
