Dallas, Texas, United States, March 2025 – Julia Cutsinger has been appointed as Vice President Human Resources at Acron Aviation. In her new role, she will lead the company’s HR strategy across its global operations, overseeing key functions such as talent management, organizational development, and HR integration initiatives in alignment with the company’s ambitious growth trajectory in commercial aviation solutions.
Cutsinger joins Acron Aviation after spending approximately seven years at L3Harris Technologies, where she served as Global HR Leader for a large-scale commercial business valued at approximately $625 million with 1,500 employees. Her role encompassed the full HR lifecycle, including preparation for divestiture and ownership transition, cultural integration, reorganization leadership, and navigating acquisitions, joint ventures, and site consolidations.

Before her tenure at L3Harris, Julia Cutsinger spent over seven years at Wrigley, where she held multiple HR leadership roles. Her responsibilities included supporting global supply chain and procurement functions, as well as the U.S. sales and marketing divisions. She played a key role in integrating and aligning field sales operations across the company’s Chocolate and Gum units in the U.S.
Prior to Wrigley, she served for over five years as HR Manager at Raytheon, where she supported functions including Supply Chain, Systems Engineering, and Process Engineering. Her notable achievements include leading HR efforts in a large-scale transformation initiative for the supply chain division, involving a $30M+ restructuring project and regular executive coaching engagements.
Earlier in her career, Cutsinger held HR roles at ArvinMeritor, where she managed both corporate and union plant HR responsibilities, and at GKN Sinter Metals in generalist capacities. She began her career in recruitment with a focus on engineering talent for the Detroit auto sector, laying a strong foundation in talent acquisition and workforce strategy.
