Prior to VA Central, Terri worked at Pro Talent Specialist Recruitment as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, expanding her expertise in goal setting, candidate assessment, communication excellence, and client engagement. She specialized in aligning recruitment processes with organizational goals during periods of accelerated hiring demand.
Terri spent more than five years with The Unlimited as Recruiter Administrator, playing a pivotal role in HR administration, recruitment advertising, employee training, interviewing, and talent scouting. Her experience here strengthened her foundations in operational HR, candidate engagement, and people process management.
Earlier in her career, Terri held diverse roles in frontline sales and administration at Leaf Technologies, MPU Copiers, PJ Technology, and Powerweld. These roles sharpened her skills in customer communication, telemarketing, team coordination, and time management—capabilities that continue to support her talent acquisition leadership.
