Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India, November 2025 — Mahashakti Foundation, a leading non-profit organization dedicated to promoting sustainable livelihoods, has appointed Subhashree Mohapatra as its Head of Human Resources. With over 15 years of experience across the healthcare and development sectors, Subhashree brings a strong foundation in HR operations, people management, and organizational development to her new role.
At Mahashakti Foundation, Subhashree will oversee the organization’s HR strategy, workforce engagement, and capacity-building initiatives. Her focus will include strengthening HR systems, fostering a culture of inclusion and accountability, and aligning people practices with Mahashakti’s mission of empowering communities through sustainable livelihood programs.
Prior to joining Mahashakti Foundation, Subhashree served as Senior Human Resources Manager at Shree Hospitals, where she was responsible for end-to-end HR functions, including talent management, performance systems, and policy development. Before that, she worked as Corporate HR Manager at 2050 Healthcare, driving employee engagement and HR compliance across multiple hospital units.
Her earlier career includes leadership roles as Manager – HR at Srusti Group of Hospitals, Junior Manager (HR) at Sparsh Hospitals & Critical Care Pvt. Ltd., and HR Administrator at Aakash Institute, where she built a strong foundation in recruitment, payroll management, statutory compliance, and employee relations.
Known for her collaborative leadership style and proficiency in HR analytics, KRI/KPI evaluation, and workforce planning, Subhashree has played a key role in optimizing HR processes and promoting a high-performance culture across organizations.
