Orlando, Florida, United States, October 2025 – Julia DeVault has joined Visit Orlando as Vice President of People and Culture, marking a return to the organization where she previously contributed significantly as Human Resources Manager earlier in her career. In this new leadership role, Julia will spearhead the organization’s people strategy, employee engagement, culture transformation, and leadership development initiatives, reinforcing Visit Orlando’s position as one of the region’s most admired tourism associations.
Before rejoining Visit Orlando, Julia spent a decade at Experience Kissimmee, where she held progressive HR leadership roles culminating as Director of Human Resources. During her tenure, she led the full spectrum of HR functions, including strategic staffing, compensation, benefits, learning and development, and employee relations. Working closely with the CEO and COO, she played a pivotal role in shaping policies that fostered a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Prior to Experience Kissimmee, Julia served for over seven years at Visit Orlando as Human Resources Manager, where she was instrumental in developing HR policies, managing employee relations, and enhancing organizational performance. Her earlier work at Visit Orlando established her as a trusted partner to senior leadership, contributing to the organization’s mission of positioning Orlando as the leading travel destination globally.
