Marietta, Georgia, United States, January 2026 — Wrench Group has announced the appointment of Julie Anderson as Senior Vice President, Talent Strategy and Organizational Development, strengthening its enterprise people strategy as the organization continues its rapid national expansion across home services markets in the United States.
In her new role, Julie will define the group-wide talent architecture, leadership development and organizational effectiveness strategy, aligning workforce capability, succession, learning and performance culture with Wrench Group’s aggressive growth roadmap.
Julie Anderson brings more than two decades of talent, leadership development and workforce transformation experience across retail, enterprise technology, staffing and national service organizations.
Prior to this appointment, she served as Vice President, Talent Acquisition and Development at Wrench Group, where she built scalable recruiting, leadership development, succession and learning frameworks supporting multi-market growth across HVAC, plumbing, electrical and home services operations nationwide.
Earlier, Julie held senior executive roles at Broadstaff, including Executive Vice President – Human Resources, Talent Acquisition and Development, where she scaled national telecom and technology hiring ecosystems and helped position Broadstaff among the fastest-growing private companies in the United States.
Her early leadership career includes learning, training and workforce development leadership roles at IBM and a long-term leadership tenure at Macy’s, where she developed large-scale leadership development, retail learning systems and multi-store organizational capability frameworks.
