India, January 2026 — Dentsu Global Services (DGS) has announced the appointment of Suvarnanidhi Rao as Associate Director – Talent Acquisition, where he will play a pivotal role in strengthening early career hiring and building future-ready talent pipelines across the dentsu network.
Suvarnanidhi Rao joins Dentsu Global Services after close to four years at Philips, where he served as Lead – Early Careers Talent India, leading large-scale campus and early career hiring programs and shaping graduate and internship pipelines for critical business functions.
Prior to Philips, he spent over five years with BT Group, progressing from Campus & Vendor Manager to Talent Acquisition Manager – Campus and Sourcing, where he built strong university partnerships, optimized sourcing strategies, and scaled campus hiring operations across India.
HIS earlier career includes leadership roles in talent acquisition and recruitment at Tata Consultancy Services as Manager – Recruitment & Sourcing, Wipro Technologies as Location Campus Manager, and EXL as Human Resources Executive, where he gained deep expertise in large-scale hiring, workforce planning, and vendor ecosystem management. He began hIS career at Xponse Technologies Limited as Team Manager, building early leadership and people management capabilities.
