New Delhi, Delhi, India, October 2024 – Anand Prakash has taken on the role of Head of Human Resources Operations at JSW Steel. With over two decades of experience in HR leadership, Anand brings extensive expertise in talent management, employee engagement, and change management, making him a valuable addition to the HR team at JSW Steel.
Anand’s new role at JSW Steel will focus on optimizing HR operations, ensuring employee satisfaction, and driving leadership development across the company’s expanding footprint in India and globally. He will lead initiatives that integrate sustainable HR practices into the company’s growth strategies.
Prior to joining JSW Steel, Anand served as Head of HR at Bureau Veritas Consumer Products Services for over 13 years. In this role, he led talent acquisition, succession planning, and HR policies across diverse industry sectors, ensuring compliance and improving operational efficiency.
Before that, Anand held the position of Business HR at PI Industries Ltd, where he managed talent acquisition and compensation benchmarking for the company’s sales team across India. His HR leadership journey also includes roles at Valvoline Cummins Ltd and Minda Huf Ltd, where he developed key talent acquisition strategies and performance management systems.
