Des Moines, Iowa, United States, June 2025 – Julie Eggleston has been promoted to EVP, Chief Human Resources Officer at Bankers Trust. In her new role, Julie will oversee the organization’s comprehensive HR strategy, providing leadership in employee performance, talent acquisition and development, diversity, equity & inclusion, compensation, benefits, wellness, payroll, workforce planning, engagement, and HR systems. She will play a crucial role in driving Bankers Trust’s people agenda and furthering its mission of community stewardship and organizational excellence.
Julie’s career at Bankers Trust spans over eight years. She most recently served as Senior Vice President, Human Resources, where she led key HR initiatives and managed a broad portfolio covering performance management, talent strategies, risk evaluation, legal compliance, and employee engagement. Julie’s previous roles at Bankers Trust include Vice President, Human Resources and Assistant Vice President, Human Resources, where she consistently demonstrated strong leadership and contributed to the continuous growth and success of the organization.
Before joining Bankers Trust, Julie worked with United Technologies as Manager, Human Resources, providing strategic guidance on policies, employee relations, and HR alignment with business objectives. Her responsibilities encompassed employee engagement, compensation, and talent management, ensuring HR practices directly supported organizational goals.
Julie also held the role of Global Compensation and Benefits Manager at Kemin Industries, where she collaborated with global HR partners to design, communicate, and implement compensation and benefits programs, and led US payroll functions. At Principal Financial Group, she worked as Senior Compensation Consultant, driving policy reviews and compensation structure development.
Her earlier experience includes several years at NCMIC, where she progressed from Compensation and Benefits Manager to Assistant Director, Human Resources, managing all facets of HR operations including HRIS, recruitment, payroll, benefits, and employee relations, and developing strategic changes for process improvement.
