Chattanooga, Tennessee, United States, March 2026 – EPB, the energy and connectivity solutions provider based in Chattanooga, has appointed Julie Hoover as Vice President of Human Resources. In her new role, Hoover will lead the organization’s HR strategy, talent development initiatives, and workforce programs to support EPB’s mission of delivering innovative energy and connectivity solutions while strengthening its people and culture.
Hoover brings nearly two decades of HR leadership experience across manufacturing, technology, and service industries. Prior to joining EPB, she spent more than 11 years with Miller Industries, most recently serving as Vice President of Human Resources. During her tenure, she played a key role in shaping HR strategy, leading compensation and benefits redesign, implementing HR information systems, and supporting workforce growth across multiple locations. She also held earlier roles at Miller Industries including Corporate Director of Human Resources and Human Resources Manager, where she led HR operations for over 1,300 employees across manufacturing and corporate functions.
Earlier in her career, Hoover served as Human Resources Manager at Lamp Post Group, where she helped design scalable HR frameworks for growing companies, and held HR leadership roles with Coca-Cola Bottling Company United and Maxim Healthcare Services, building strong expertise in employee relations, recruitment, HR operations, and workforce development. She holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Bryan College.
