Toronto, Ontario, Canada, September 2025 — Julie Sedore has taken on the role of Director, People & Culture at CSN Collision, further strengthening the organization’s focus on its people strategy and workplace culture.
Julie has been with CSN Collision since June 2025, initially serving as Senior Manager, People & Culture, where she contributed to key HR initiatives. In her new role as Director, she will lead talent management, employee engagement, and organizational development, ensuring that CSN continues to foster a culture of collaboration and excellence.
Prior to joining CSN Collision, Julie was Head of Human Resources, Canada at Plaza Premium Group, where she played an instrumental role in building HR frameworks and supporting business growth across airport hospitality services. She also spent nearly a decade at Iovate Health Sciences, serving as HR Lead for Recruitment and Professional Development, where she drove large-scale HR programs, employee engagement initiatives, and talent development.
Earlier in her career, she held HR and recruitment roles at Adecco Professional, GMP Securities, and Herb Joy Enterprises, where she gained deep experience in HR operations, payroll, benefits, and talent acquisition. Across her career, Julie has built expertise in people management, organizational culture, global HR practices, and employee wellness.
