Reston, Virginia, United States, April 2026 – Justin Fronberg has been promoted to Head of Human Resources at Lightbridge Corporation, marking a significant milestone in his HR leadership journey.
In his new role, Justin Fronberg will lead the company’s human resources strategy, focusing on strengthening talent capabilities, driving organizational effectiveness, and supporting business growth in a highly specialized and innovation-driven environment.
Prior to this promotion, Justin Fronberg served as an Executive and Talent Acquisition Consultant at Lightbridge Corporation, where he contributed to building leadership pipelines and strengthening recruitment strategies.
Before joining Lightbridge, he spent over eight years at MGM Resorts International, where he held multiple leadership roles. As Executive Director – Talent Acquisition, he led enterprise-wide recruiting strategy across Las Vegas properties, corporate functions, technology, and executive hiring, ensuring a seamless candidate and hiring manager experience.
Earlier at MGM Resorts, he served as Director – Talent Management, driving initiatives focused on employee engagement and organizational performance, and as Talent Acquisition Manager – Executive and Corporate, where he led global recruitment operations for senior leadership roles.
He began his career at Las Vegas Sands Corp., working at The Venetian and The Palazzo as a Talent Acquisition Ambassador and Recruiter, where he developed strong foundations in recruitment and talent strategy.
