Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, July 2024 – Jyoti Abrol has taken on the role of Senior Vice President, Human Resources and Head HR at Schindler India. With extensive experience in human resources leadership, Jyoti brings a wealth of expertise in strategic HR management to her new position.
Jyoti Abrol joins Schindler India after her tenure as Director, HR at Thermo Fisher Scientific India, where she served for approximately 2 years and 2 months. In this role, she led HR initiatives, focusing on leadership and management.
Before that, Jyoti was the HR Lead for Multiple Business Teams and D&I Lead at Thermo Fisher Scientific for about 5 years. She played a crucial role in leading HR for large commercial and multi-disciplinary business functions and deploying several Employee Resource Groups to drive diversity and inclusion initiatives.
Jyoti’s earlier career includes her role as HR Business Partner at Monsanto Company for around 1 year and 8 months, where she covered 250 employees across four business units in Asia and Africa. She was responsible for strategic HR, people strategy development, and employee lifecycle management.
Prior to Monsanto, Jyoti was an HR Technology Specialist for APAC and EMEA at Monsanto for nearly 3 years, where she managed HR technology improvements across five regions, integrating business needs and managing HR technology systems.
Her career also includes roles such as Senior Consultant at Indusion Consulting, Manager at Hindustan Times, Assistant Manager at Citi, and Relationship Manager at HSBC.
