Pune, Maharashtra, India, September 2025 — Jyoti Chamania has joined Embryyo as Chief Operating Officer, where she will lead operations and drive the studio’s mission of solving complex clinical problems and building transformative medtech innovations from the ground up. Chamania brings with her a distinguished career of more than three decades in technology and innovation leadership. Before joining Embryyo, she was Vice President – Global Head of Delivery for Insights & Data GBL at Capgemini, where she guided global delivery excellence and advanced data-driven solutions. Earlier at Capgemini, she also served as Vice President – Head of Group Industrialization and Automation Solutions Portfolio, driving automation-led transformation across industries.
Prior to Capgemini, she held senior leadership roles at IGATE, serving as Vice President – Head of Research & Innovation, where she shaped cutting-edge strategies to enhance delivery innovation and technology adoption.
Chamania began her professional journey at Patni Computer Systems Ltd, where over 25 years she rose through multiple leadership roles including Vice President, Head of Delivery Innovation, Business Transformation Leader, and Project Delivery Manager. During this long tenure, she played a critical role in driving business delivery, innovation, and transformation initiatives for clients across geographies.
At Embryyo, her vast leadership experience and track record in scaling innovation-driven organizations are expected to strengthen the company’s capability to pioneer new medtech solutions and deliver meaningful impact in healthcare.
