Jaipur, Rajasthan, India, December 2024 – Rahul Jain has been appointed as the Head HR at Manipal University Jaipur (MUJ), part of Manipal Global Education Services. In this key leadership role, Rahul will oversee the university’s human resource functions, focusing on strategic workforce planning, employee engagement, and organizational development to support MUJ’s academic and operational goals.
Rahul Jain brings a wealth of experience in HR leadership to his new role. Prior to joining MUJ, he served as Head of HR at TAFE – Tractors and Farm Equipment Limited, where he led HR operations for the Eicher Engines business, supporting R&D, operations, and sales and marketing functions. His leadership was pivotal in aligning HR strategies with business goals across diverse verticals.
Before TAFE, Rahul spent six years at UFLEX Group as DGM HR, where he headed HR functions for the Chemicals business, driving talent acquisition, employee engagement, and strategic HR initiatives. His contributions were instrumental in enhancing workforce productivity and aligning HR practices with organizational objectives.
Rahul also held the role of AGM Corporate HR at Dainik Bhaskar Group, where he implemented enterprise-level compensation and benefits strategies, designed HR policies, and ensured compliance across multiple locations. Additionally, he contributed significantly to HR excellence during his tenure as Sr. Manager – HR at Philips, managing HR operations for one of the company’s largest manufacturing units.
Earlier in his career, Rahul gained diverse experience in HR management roles at Siva Ventures Limited, Cargill India Pvt. Ltd., The Coca-Cola Company, and Hindustan Heavy Chemicals, honing his expertise in workforce planning, talent management, and compliance.
Rahul holds a Post Graduate Diploma in International Business from Symbiosis Centre for Distance Learning and an MHRA in Human Resources and Administration from Rani Durgavati Vishwavidyalaya, equipping him with a strong foundation in HR management and strategic business practices.
