With more than 25 years of cross-industry experience spanning Telecom, FMCG, Consumer Durables, and EdTech, Bikramjit has built a distinguished career defined by business transformation, market leadership, and team-building excellence. Throughout his professional journey, he has consistently demonstrated the ability to launch and scale businesses, develop high-performing teams, and deliver sustainable growth in highly competitive markets.
Since joining LEAD Group in 2022, Bikramjit has played a pivotal role in strengthening the company’s presence in the East Zone. As Assistant Vice President – Sales & Operations and later as Deputy Vice President – Sales & Operations, he successfully led the business operations for LEAD and Pearson K-12 businesses, driving sales performance, distribution efficiency, and operational integration. His contributions earned recognition through accolades such as the Best Regional CEO Award and Top Performer Award, reflecting his strong execution capabilities and customer-centric leadership approach.
Prior to LEAD Group, Bikramjit held key leadership positions with several leading organizations, including Saint-Gobain India Private Limited – Glass Business, Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages, LG Electronics, Vodafone, airtel, and Jio. Across these roles, he played an instrumental part in expanding market presence, building robust distribution networks, scaling operations, and fostering high-performance cultures across diverse geographies.
