Gurugram, Haryana, India, January 2026 — Jyoti Taneja has been appointed as Vice President – Client Partner at Xebia, reinforcing the company’s leadership as it scales client engagement and digital transformation initiatives across global markets. Based in Gurugram, she will drive strategic account growth, deepen C-suite relationships, and deliver measurable business impact for public sector and enterprise clients, while leading multi-account portfolios and overseeing complex, high-value programs.
With over 15 years of experience across Government/PSU and corporate sectors, Jyoti brings strong expertise spanning Data, AI, Cybersecurity, Cloud, and Infrastructure Services. In her current role at Xebia, she is focused on shaping go-to-market strategies, strengthening executive partnerships, and accelerating value creation across global accounts in India, the UK, and MEA.
Prior to this elevation, Jyoti served as Associate Director at Xebia, where she contributed significantly to sales strategy, pre-sales leadership, and delivery oversight across regions, supporting enterprise-scale transformation programs.
Earlier, she was Vice President at OTSI – Object Technology Solutions Inc., leading strategic client engagements and growth initiatives. Before that, she held leadership roles at Capgemini, and spent a decade at Cognizant, where she built deep capabilities in account management, large government tenders, P&L ownership, and enterprise program delivery.
An alumna of IIM Lucknow, Jyoti’s appointment underscores Xebia’s focus on strengthening senior leadership to support sustained growth, innovation, and trusted global client partnerships.
