Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, January 2026 — Reethika Shetty has been appointed as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at Bhartiya Converge. In her new role, she will lead the organisation’s people strategy, talent agenda, and HR transformation initiatives, supporting Bhartiya Converge’s growth as a premier Global Capability Centre (GCC) enablement platform in India.
In her current role at Bhartiya Converge, Reethika oversees end-to-end HR leadership encompassing talent acquisition, leadership development, organisational design, culture building, and HR technology. Her appointment reflects the company’s focus on building a people-centric, scalable, and future-ready organisation aligned with its integrated ecosystem approach.
Prior to joining Bhartiya Converge, Reethika served as Director HR and Talent Leader at RUS Talent Solutions, where she advised organisations on setting up and scaling strategic HR functions. Her work included building people-centred HR operations, implementing HR tech platforms across HROps, L&D, and performance management, and supporting startups and GCCs with India market entry, vendor partnerships, and leadership coaching.
Earlier, she was associated with Mu Sigma Inc. as Head – Human Resources & Marketing and Founder’s Office, where she led global talent acquisition, leadership hiring, employee engagement, EVP, internal communications, and strategic initiatives aligned with business growth and innovation.
Reethika’s career also includes senior HR and learning leadership roles at organisations such as TIAA, Altisource, and Tesco, where she handled learning strategy, talent development, employee engagement, internal communications, and P&L responsibilities. In addition, she is the Founder and Chief Learning Lead at RusLearning Consultants, reflecting her long-standing expertise in learning, leadership development, and organisational effectiveness.
