Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, January 2026 — Vaishali Chaudhry has been appointed as Associate Director – Tech Architect at Accenture in India. In her new role, she will lead architecture-led technology programs and drive scalable, enterprise-grade solution design across digital and platform transformation initiatives, supporting clients through complex enterprise modernisation journeys.
With over two decades of experience across technology delivery, engineering leadership, and enterprise platforms, Vaishali brings deep expertise in solution architecture, large-scale program delivery, and agile transformation. In her current role at Accenture in India, she is focused on designing resilient, future-ready architectures that align business strategy with technology execution across digital and platform ecosystems.
Prior to joining Accenture, Vaishali served as Technical Delivery Manager at Microsoft, where she enabled Dynamics business solutions and led delivery programs supporting enterprise customers. Her role involved driving end-to-end delivery, stakeholder alignment, and platform-led transformation initiatives.
Before Microsoft, she spent more than 13 years with Dell Technologies, most recently as Senior Engineering Manager – IT. During her long tenure at Dell, she partnered with business and product leaders to define application roadmaps, led agile transformation initiatives as part of the Dell Digital program, enabled automation-led optimisation, and built high-performing engineering teams across large-scale enterprise platforms.
Earlier in her career, Vaishali held leadership and technical roles at AXA Tech and Ness Digital Engineering, where she led end-to-end application delivery, managed multi-project portfolios, and strengthened agile delivery capabilities across banking and financial services engagements.
She also worked with Koenig Solutions Pvt. Ltd., along with earlier roles in software development and technical training, building a strong foundation in enterprise technologies, delivery excellence, and capability development.
