Goa, India, May 2026 – Kineco Limited has announced the appointment of Vivek Srivastava as Executive Director & Group Chief Executive Officer. The appointment marks a significant leadership milestone for the composites technology and advanced manufacturing company as it accelerates its global growth and future-ready transformation agenda.

Vivek Srivastava brings more than three and a half decades of leadership experience across advanced manufacturing, mobility, infrastructure, energy transition, and clean energy sectors.
Prior to joining Kineco Limited, Vivek Srivastava served as Chief Executive Officer (India Business) at Suzlon Group, where he played a key role in driving business growth and strengthening the company’s renewable energy operations in India.
Earlier, he was the Group Chief Executive Officer at Waaree Group, where he led the company’s transformation into an integrated new energy player. During his tenure, he spearheaded large-scale organizational transformation, manufacturing expansion, energy transition initiatives, and growth across solar, battery energy storage systems, and green hydrogen businesses. Under his leadership, the company achieved substantial growth across topline, profitability, order book expansion, and manufacturing scale-up.
Vivek also spent nearly two decades with Reliance Industries Limited across multiple senior leadership positions including Senior Vice President – Business Development, Head – Business Strategy, EPC & Technology, National Marketing Manager & Head CES, and Senior Vice President – Strategy & International Business. During this extensive tenure, he led initiatives spanning mobility infrastructure, petroleum retail expansion, business strategy, EPC execution, technology transformation, international business development, and alternate mobility solutions. He also played a major role in scaling Reliance’s retail energy network and driving strategic growth initiatives in India and international markets.
He began his professional journey with Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited, where he spent over a decade working across retail sales, industrial business, engineering projects, channel management, and retail strategy development. He contributed significantly to the rollout of several customer-centric retailing initiatives and operational transformation programs.
In addition to his executive leadership responsibilities, Vivek currently serves as a Director at Ojah Sustinere Private Limited and as a Board Member at Waaree Technologies Limited, further strengthening his association with sustainability and clean energy ecosystems.
