Hyderabad, Telangana, India, January 2025 – K Naveen Kumar has been promoted to Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at Seedworks International Ltd. In his new role, Naveen will drive the company’s HR strategy, focusing on talent development, organizational growth, and fostering a culture of innovation across its diverse global operations.
K Naveen Kumar has been an integral part of Seedworks International Ltd. for nearly seven years, where he has demonstrated exemplary leadership in various capacities. Before his promotion, Naveen served as Associate Vice President – HR, overseeing strategic HR management initiatives that strengthened the organization’s workforce. Prior to this, he held the position of General Manager – HR for three years, where he was instrumental in enhancing HR processes and aligning them with the company’s long-term goals.

In his earlier role as Deputy General Manager – HR, Naveen contributed significantly to the company’s talent acquisition and management strategies, ensuring alignment with Seedworks’ rapid growth and operational objectives.
Before joining Seedworks, Naveen was associated with Deepak Fertilisers and Petrochemicals Corp. Ltd. as Deputy General Manager – HR, where he spearheaded HR functions for the Farm Produce Business sector. His extensive experience also includes strategic HR roles at Advanta Seeds, where he managed HR operations across Asia, Africa, and Europe, contributing to leadership development and organizational effectiveness.
Naveen’s career began at Karani Infotech Pvt Ltd. and evolved through roles at Teradata and E I DuPont Services Center India Pvt Ltd, where he honed his expertise in HR operations, employee relations, and strategic talent management.
