K Raheja Corp Launches ‘I-GROW’, an L&D Program to Strengthen Capability Building for Individual Contributors

Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, September, 2025 – K Raheja Corp, India’s leading real estate conglomerate, has announced the launch of I-GROW, a flagship learning and development program designed to enhance the effectiveness of Individual Contributors (ICs) across its businesses – Mindspace Business Parks, Chalet Hotels, Inorbit Malls, and K Raheja Corp Homes.

In its inaugural edition, I-GROW engaged around 200 professionals via multiple batches. Extending into the next financial year, the initiative will reach nearly 300 ICs across the Group’s head offices, regional offices, sales teams, and project sites.

The name I-GROW reflects its philosophy: “I” for individual ownership and “Grow” for continuous development. The program focuses on building foundational workplace behaviours such as effective Time Management, Impactful Communication, Accountability, and Collaboration – capabilities critical to driving both individual and organizational success.

Developed by K Raheja Corp’s Learning & Development team in partnership with Training Sideways, I-GROW combines classroom sessions, reflection-based discussions, workplace application exercises, LinkedIn Learning pathways, etc. After the initial run with external facilitators, the program is now being delivered by the Group’s in-house L&D trainers, ensuring long-term sustainability.

Urvi Aradhya, CHRO, K Raheja Corp, said, “We believe every individual, irrespective of title or tenure, has the potential to create meaningful impact. I-GROW empowers our contributors with the tools and a mindset to take ownership, communicate effectively, and be future-ready. It is a step towards nurturing a workforce that is self-driven, agile, and aligned with our culture of continuous improvement.”

“I-GROW is a strong step in advancing our philosophy of continuous learning across levels. With the internal L&D team leading its design and execution, we are ensuring the program creates tangible workplace impact,” said Jay Gokani, Group Head – Learning & Development, K Raheja Corp.

The initiative follows the successful launch of I-LEAD, a program designed to strengthen the managerial capabilities of early-career managers. Together, these programs reflect K Raheja Corp’s broader commitment to progressive, people-first development initiatives, including Anchal (for expectant mothers), Pride Side (LGBTQ+ inclusion), PowHER (women’s career development), Future-Forward Leadership (CXOs), Shikhar (managerial development), and Sheroes (advancing women leaders).
