At Mercer Asia, Kabir Nath currently serves as Senior Principal, Chief of Staff, Mercer Asia, a role he has held for almost a year, steering the execution of the firm’s growth strategy across 10 markets in the region. Drawing on nearly a decade with Mercer, he has been central to revenue expansion, business transformation and talent development, helping strengthen the firm’s position as a trusted advisor to clients while building a strong internal bench of future leaders.

Before taking on the regional Chief of Staff role, he served as Principal, Chief of Staff, Mercer Asia and earlier as Principal, Chief of Staff, Mercer Singapore, where he translated strategy into execution on the ground. Prior to that, as Principal and Associate Principal in Talent Advisory at Mercer Singapore, he led the firm’s Skills Transformation practice in the country, designing agile work design models and talent frameworks. During this time, he also undertook an international secondment as Project Manager – Strategic Workforce Planning in Saudi Arabia, helping a petrochemical conglomerate craft a five-year strategic workforce plan aligned with its growth ambitions.

Earlier in his career, Kabir Nath was Manager – Talent and Rewards at Willis Towers Watson (now WTW) in New Delhi, where for nearly three years he led large-scale Talent & Rewards transformation initiatives across financial services, consumer goods and high-tech sectors. In this role, he focused on designing incentive structures, rewards architectures and talent programs that linked people strategies tightly to business outcomes, deepening his expertise at the intersection of performance, engagement and pay.

Before joining Mercer and WTW, Kabir Nath co-founded Free Parking Entertainment in the Greater Delhi Area, building a venture that delivered theatrical and creativity-based learning solutions for corporates and educational institutions. As co-founder, he led the Corporate Services team, selling and delivering leadership development programs that used theatre and experiential methods to unlock growth mindsets and behavioral change in corporate audiences.

On the academic front, Kabir Nath holds an MBA in Marketing and Strategy from London Business School and The University of Hong Kong, where he was recognised on the Academic Dean’s List and served as Vice President of the Consulting Club. He completed his Graduation in Economics from St. Stephen’s College, Delhi, University of Delhi. This combination of top-tier management education, entrepreneurial exposure and deep consulting experience across Asia and the Middle East underpins his new commercial leadership mandate at Mercer Asia.
