Dubai, United Arab Emirates, January 2025 – Kaera Sirisambhand has joined GEMS Education as the Head of Talent Acquisition, taking charge of driving innovative hiring strategies and enhancing the recruitment processes to attract top talent for one of the world’s largest private education providers.
Kaera has been with GEMS Education for over two years. Most recently, she served as Talent Acquisition Lead, where she was instrumental in developing recruitment frameworks and overseeing candidate sourcing and management for various roles. Before that, she worked as Recruitment Manager, focusing on optimizing recruitment workflows and enhancing the candidate experience.

Prior to her tenure at GEMS, Kaera spent over eight years at Teaching Personnel, where she held progressive roles, including Location Operations Manager, Recruitment Branch Manager, and Recruitment Consultant. In these roles, she managed team operations, drove recruitment campaigns, and implemented performance management strategies to meet organizational goals.
