Prior to that, she held dual roles as HR Manager and Human Resources Generalist, where she led HR processes, developed best practices in talent management, and strengthened VergeSense’s people-first culture in alignment with its business goals. Her strong foundation in HR operations was built through early experiences at Encompass Health, where she coordinated HR processes at the Fairlawn Rehabilitation Hospital, and through her tenure as Northeast Operations Coordinator and Territory Operations Manager, East at the American Diabetes Association, where she gained valuable experience in administrative leadership and cross-regional coordination.
Earlier in her career, Kait worked with HPE SimpliVity as a Receptionist and Operations Assistant, providing operational and administrative support across teams — an experience that shaped her detail-oriented and collaborative work approach. Over the years, Kait has evolved from operational support roles into a strategic HR leader recognized for her ability to align people operations with organizational growth and innovation.
