Her approach focuses on automating processes and harnessing data to drive innovation, ensuring that HR practices cater to the evolving needs of a diverse and modern workforce.

Reflecting on her new role, Zulekha expressed, “Kale is an agile tech organization, and digitization is in our DNA, so it is natural for HR to embrace digital tools. “Kale is in a very exciting phase of its evolution; it is a pleasure to be part of this growth journey and to be able to contribute to this success story,” Zulekha remarked.

In line with its mission to drive digital transformation across the logistics sector, Kale will host the CLEAR VIEW Air Cargo round table discussion in Istanbul, Turkey, this May, reinforcing its dedication to industry-wide digitization.
